I've had some exciting news to share for awhile now. Last year I signed an art licensing contract with Blank Quilting Corp for my pattern collection "Science Lab", and it will be released in June 2025!

For those of you who might be unfamiliar about what art licensing is. Art licensing is when a company pays the artist to use their patterns/ artwork on their products. In this case, Blank Quilting Corp will pay me to use my patterns for their quilting fabric.

I can't tell you how excited I am to see the fruits of my labors coming to pass. It has been a long journey with a lot of growth and learning. Honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way. I love being a surface designer and seeing my patterns come to life on different products.

If any of you are interested in learning how to become a surface pattern designer, I highly recommend Bonnie Christine's course. She has a clear step by step process of how to become a designer. I also love how many creatives she collaborates with that have different skill sets.

You can buy these quilting fabrics from Blank Quilting Corp or from their distributors. If you go to their website linked here, it will give you more information on how to purchase.

In the meantime, stay curious.

XOXO,

Hannah
